The Hilltop Village Neighbourhood offers a variety of exclusive properties, carefully positioned in stunning landscaped grounds, with delicious restaurants, stylish bars, boutique shopping and cool swimming pools. The properties are served by an optional rental management programme.

Properties in the Hilltop Village Neighbourhood are arranged in unique buildings, with Nubian style domes, tower features and terraced galleries. They are framed by lush gardens, with intricate paths and open courtyards that are full of character. Studio to three bedroom apartments and a limited quantity of two bedroom townhouse properties are available. Five separate apartment buildings are located in the Hilltop Village. Only buildings 1 and 2 (73 units) will be available at pre-launch.

The Fairways neighbourhood surrounds the Hilltop Village and will be released at a later date.
