Framing the Development

At Ancient Sands Resort, we believe landscaping is a crucial component to any development. It often has the effect of framing a beautiful picture, setting it in context and drawing attention to its beauty.
The resort is being carefully landscaped by EDSA, one of the world's leading landscape architects. They have been charged to provide beautiful communal areas and walkways, stunning gardens and incredible swimming pools, that are at one with nature.

There are no landscaping options to purchase for the Hilltop Village units. This is not to say that you won't have the benefit of lush palms and delicate greenery in this area. We are landscaping the Hilltop Village neighbourhood fully with EDSA providing expert design to ensure that it provides a tranquil and beautiful setting. The swimming pools in this area and at the Golf Club Estate House will be based upon previous pool designs by EDSA with palms planted in and around the pool. All villa properties will be sold with landscaping included in the price. Villa owners will be able to select one of our carefully designed upgrade landscaping packages which include swimming pool upgrades, terrace areas, planting and upgrades for existing terraces. Prices will be available in due course.
