  1. US$5,000 non-refundable reservation deposit
  2. 20% upon exchange of contracts (less the original US$5,000 deposit)

Mortgage Finance

There are a number of mortgage finance offers available to local and international property purchasers requiring completion finance. Typical terms available for foreigners (subject to status) at present are as follows:
  • 65% LTV
  • 2% - 3.5% margin over 1 year Libor (Libor presently 3%)
  • Annual reset of interest in line with 1 year Libor
  • 10 year term
  • Currency of loan: US$

It is likely that as the mortgage market develops, mortgage finance products will offer better terms than the above, including the length of term available.

Discussions are ongoing with several institutions with respect to a mortgage product specifically for Ancient Sands Resort. Investors will be updated in due course.
