At Ancient Sands Resort, EDSA have carefully shaped the master plan design so that it is sympathetic to the ethos and experience of the existing El Gouna town while providing a unique environment with a delicate balance of residential units and resort facilities. The master plan has been meticulously composed to allow for views from all of the residential plots either of the golf course, lagoon, sea or the Mountains. EDSA have worked hand-in-hand with Karl Litten to create a golf course design to naturally compliment the residential offering.
